Marc Jacobs` Beau Confirms They`re Married
It`s official -- kind of!
Lorenzo Martone confirms in a new interview that he wed Marc Jacobs in St. Barts on New Year`s Eve -- a month after a rep for the fashion designer denied it.
They haven`t signed official wedding documents yet, though.
"In the end, we just had an intimate ceremony at a friend`s house with people who were already on the island," Martone, 30, tells Butt magazine.
"Although the official wedding documents won`t be signed till later this year, so legally we`re not married yet," continues Martone.
In January, a rep for Jacobs, 46, told UsMagazine.com wedding reports were "not true."
"Someone had a party for them, but there was no wedding," the rep said then. "They are still engaged."
Jacobs and Martone, a Brazilian PR executive, got engaged in March 2009 after dating for a year.
